How can I get notified when an agent loses connection to the management console?
I deploy Bitdefender through Syncro and I've noticed that occasionally I come across an endpoint that has lost connection the the management console. I don't receive any notification in Syncro or my email when this happens. Syncro even tells me that Bitdefender is installed and working just fine. Is there a way to set this up either through Syncro or Gravity Zone?

From GravityZone console you can set up a scheduled report to run as frequent as you like (for example daily) which will include offline endpoints for more than 24h.
This type of report is called: Update Status
