Replaced Kaspersky using Bitdefender now facing issues printing safepay

Hi

I replaced Kaspersky that I have been using for years using Bitdefender few days back. Printing in safepay is a nightmare. I saw users have complained on various issues related to this for years but does not look like they have been considered much.

  • No print options shows up and just print all (utter illogical behavior)
  • No print to PDF (these days a must have feature to save papers)

It even removed my Malwarebytes installation which never happen when installing Kaspersky

Thinking of getting a refund and remove it totally and look for something else.

Any solutions?

    I'm also posting this to the "Product features and Ideation" Forum

    NO LANDSCAPE option for PRINTING TO PDF — I was glad to see that Printing to PDF was finally available, but it only prints in Portrait mode. That's OK for most applications, including my online Credit Card transactions. But, maybe in the future, there could be a Checkbox FLAG for printing in Landscape mode. Some of my financial websites (Etrade Stock Portfolio, etc) are in Landscape because the page has 130 columns of data (not the usual 80 columns). So for these financial websites I canNOT use SafePay
