VPN Doesn't Work after Version 27.1.3.14(b)/Locations gone
So my VPN had an update the other day to Version 27.1.3.14(b) & now my VPN is broken. The only thing that appears in locations is "Automatic" and if I attempt to start the VPN, it just hangs & doesn't connect. No error message either. I've tried reinstalling the VPN but this doesn't work. Also made sure that Windows updates was current. I'm using a 2 year old Lenovo IdeaPad 3 with an Intel Core i3-1115g4 with 8GB memory & a 256GB SSD. I use the VPN on a daily basis. I noticed the update as it was happening. The VPN went from working to not working.

Since you are also facing issues after reinstalling the Bitdefender product, this matter will need to be addressed with Bitdefender support. They will ask for logs and assist you in generating them as well.
