Why couldn't I connect to some websites?

I am new to Bitdefender, When I start my computer Bitdefender VPN remains disconnected. When I try to connect to any website with Firefox browser I get "Server Not Found".

Then when I load my Bitdefender Premium VPN manually by clicking [connect] I can connect to amazon.com but not community.bitdefender.com.

With Chrome browser and ommunity.bitdefender.com I get the message "community.bitdefender.com doesn’t support a secure connection"

What is my problem?
