Bitdefender Box install Issue?

I am not an advanced user of Bitdefender Box 2 and recently had to reinstall the box after an extended power outage. Customer support was great the last time I called, a long time ago, but this time there is only email, and the response is very slow, and doesn't really target my problem, if I have one, which I am not sure that I do. This situation is probably due to my not fully understanding what I am doing, or the equipment I am using, and asking the wrong questions. I started the reinstall last week.
I followed the install instructions, How To Install Bitdefender Box: using your ISP-provided router.

As far as I can tell I only have a Cogeco modem, model DCP3825.
Am I following the correct instructions for the equipment that I have?
I have followed the instructions provided and have turned off the wifi from my ISP modem.
I have connected my devices, and setup a guest, so it seems to be working fine…
BUT
I am concerned that the network listed above STRN_117343304 is one of mine and I have not protected it. It only appeared on the list when the box was connected.
Sorry for posting this here, I am at a loss as to where to go for timely assistance.
How do I deal with the STRN insecure network?

I've received a response from support, advising me to check my devices to ensure none of them have setup a network, they all look ok to me, and if that is not the case, then the STRN network will probably a device near my residence, a neighbour's device.
