Help, I installed the app with the VPN on another country, can't install in mac

I installed the app on Android, and I bought the plan while my VPN was inadvertently on another country.

I sent myself one of the invite codes and when I try to continue with the Antivirus Agent, it keept closing the window after I log in on the installation pop up.

I installed again the app on my mac with my VPN on the same country as my Android was, but it closes the window after I login.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
