Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my Bitdefender subscription. I'm unable to activate my product after purchasing it online. Can anyone guide me on how to resolve this or if there's an issue with my account? Thanks in advance for your help

See if this article helps, otherwise, I would get a hold of support from the below link. Click on Purchase & Manage Subscription, follow the prompts until you get to the Contact Bitdefender Support box. You'll have 3 contact options, Chat can be the quickest way to get things started or resolved. Phone support is not toll-free.

"Too much protocol to sign in". I'm having problem activating my account after expiration of my free trial. I wanted to buy my choosen security package and after clicking the buy option button no page appeared, it was blank page and was like that for a long period of time. In fact, didn't function. What is amiss, can you fix this problem with the immediacy or urgency it required. I need your product and the security to safeguard my Devices.

In that case, you should contact support and see what they can do for you. Tick the Account, Billing & Subscription box, go through the prompts until you get to the Contact Support button. You will be given 3 support options, Chat can be the quickest way to get things resolved or at least to head you in the right direction. There is also email and phone support, which is not toll-free.
