I get error code 301 when i try to use my vpn

When i try to use the vpn version of bitdefender it stays connected for a good 3 seconds and then it disconnects. i get the text bar in the top of the window saying the error code 301.

    Try connecting to a different server, if that doesn't work try changing the protocol.

    Otherwise change your DNS of whichever adaptor you use to connect to your modem/router to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 then reboot your PC and see if this works.

    Based on my findings, error 301 means that the VPN service cannot be started.
    If changing the protocol or DNS doesn't solve it, perhaps you can try reinstalling the VPN app. If that doesn't solve the problem, it means that there is either an incompatibility on that device, or an application that is blocking Bitdefender VPN - a firewall, another VPN, or even an antivirus.
