I get error code 301 when i try to use my vpn

Based on my findings, error 301 means that the VPN service cannot be started.
If changing the protocol or DNS doesn't solve it, perhaps you can try reinstalling the VPN app. If that doesn't solve the problem, it means that there is either an incompatibility on that device, or an application that is blocking Bitdefender VPN - a firewall, another VPN, or even an antivirus.I hope this helps.
