How do I join a family account when I already have a single account?

My subscription is about to expire and I wish to get on an account with my mother and brother. I can get the link from their account but it only takes me to a page wanting to download the program. If I click Switch Accounts in the app it goes to a login page. I don't necessarily feel like I want to get their password to join their account. It seems like Bitdefender would have something in place for a situation like this.

    • If you already have a Bitdefender user account associated with the email where the invitation was sent, sign in to claim your shared subscription.
    • If you don’t have a Bitdefender user account, create one with the same email where the invitation was sent to claim your shared subscription.
      • Enter your full name
      • Enter your email address
      • Enter your password
      • Click the Create Account button and you will be signed.
