Managing subscriptions and finding someone to help

I was just asked during an audit about why I have 4 different billings for our bit defender account. I have not been able to reach someone to help me understand about the 4 separate subscription charges in November that total $447. We are a fairly tiny company. The website gives instructions to be able to turn off auto renewal but my account does not have that feature, no matter which browser I use. I need help to find out how I can understand our subscriptions and how to manage our accounts
