Trojan.vendo.gen.2 - Need Help

HELLO,

I need help to remove this virus from Window Vista Home Premium 32 bit.

A step by step would be great - I tried to call the help line 4 times with no answer and am new to Bit Defender as I just purchased it.

Hello,

Please go to this location, select all files and folders, and delete them (be sure to delete them also from Recycle Bin):

C:\My Backup -- 07-12-23 0216AM\Documents and Settings\Owner.YOUR-0B890C2128\Local Settings\Temp\

That folder contains only temporary files, which can be deleted without any negative effects.
