Flickering Notification Window

For almost a week I have a flickering window of bitdefender internet security notification every 5 to 10 minutes just flashing for a 1/2 second and than disappearing...

it's an annoyance since i can't put computer to screen saver mode and also it pops on top of games and I don't want to use gamer mode...

any help?

have someone ran into this thing?
