Please give more details about your issue. Where is the file located, to which application it belongs to, what do you mean ”quickscan doesn't scan it”, what errors/alerts are shown (if any) and any other details relevant to this matter.

the file is in C:\windows\system32
The error is as 'could not be scanned'

Please attach a QuickScan report.
EDIT: Also, make sure you have the latest version of BitDefender QuickScan. As far as I can see, you are running 0.9.9.22 and the last version I have installed is 0.9.9.30. Update QuickScan, try again and, if the problem persists, post the scan report.0 -
