Ie Only Runs As Administrator
Hello new to the forums. I don't know if this has been asked before. Please direct me to the solution if it has.
I am running Win Vista 64. I just installed the second of three liscenses. After installing I couldn't open IE. I tried run as administrator and it worked. I tried turning off various components and running IE as normal and it would not work. BD shut down for an update and I tried IE and it worked. Then I went in and put game/laptop mode on and it works but as soon as I turn game/laptop mode back off it doesn't work anymore. Is there a more secure solution? Is there something specific that g/l mode does or is it a combination of things that allows it to run IE? What EXACTLY does g/l mode change?
