    Not sure what what you mean by "Firewall blocks itself". Can you please provide more info and a screenshot of the notification / error you receive ?

    Bought BD Internet Security 2011.


    Have Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.


    "Product activation failed... no internet connection detected".


    Called on sunday May 22nd to get solution at 954-928-2780. They were uanble to solve account registration issue over the phone. Entered all command prompts instructed but none worked.


    I was told a solution would be e-mailed in 24-48 hours at cmaso@prtc.net.


    It's been over a week and nothing has been received.


    Please send solution to eem1234@hotmail.com and/or cmaso@prtc.net.
