Can`t Connect To Internet To Activate

hello

i got a new laptop and i installed bit defender on my desktop with no problems, but it won`t activate on my laptop saying there is no internet connection. I am connected to the internet, i`m surfing as i`m trying to figure this out. anyone have a fix or troubleshooting ideas

- a screenshot with the error you receive when you try to register BitDefender.
