I have one question before i download this onto 3 three computers does the first computer you download it to have anything special like privileges over the other users

Not by default, but you can use the included Home Network feature to manage other computers running BitDefender from one of them.
Please see page 138 or 318 of the BitDefender Total Security 2010 user guide about configuring this feature.0 -

To forevergone, if you do not use a home network, you'd better not update every common softwares you have on one or two other computers (Bitdefender, Ccleaner, adobe... any of them!) the same day!
