Torrent Virus Guard?

I just updated my bittorrent and it has option to install apps.

I saw a virus guard app by bitdefender, and I wanted to install it. Tho before I install I wanted to see if it really is from bitdefender. But I found no reference to it on the bitdefender page. So what I'm asking: is it trustworthy? Should I install it?
