I am hoping someone out there at bit defender will read this e-mail and I will actually get a response. The new product I bought is telling me that it is a "trail version, product key is incorrect and the frustration continues!! I have already sent a "ticket" with no response and it has been over 3 days!! Knock Knock...does anyone work here! Also I spent hours trying to locate a phone number behind the phone icon on your website...why no phone number anywhere!!!
