Bd2011 Firewall Problem

I need help with the settings of firewall. Problems are...
1.It allow any application to access internet even if it is not in whitelist.
2.When it is set to Report, It will ask tooooooo many times for permission.
3.It does not allow to add multiple .exe files in firewall at the same time. (I downloaded some app from internet, it has 20 exes and I want to block internet access to these files. Takes too much time to add each file manually)
Add feature to edit whitelist and create a feature 'blacklist'. (blacklist will be the software list we restrict internet access)
