Does Bit Defender respond to emails? I have written twice for help over a long period of time and have never gotten a response.
Any suggestions? Is there actually tech support? Can I do something live rather than email??
I believe direct email support has been discontinued some time ago, in favor of a support request form on our support page. Those inquiries would then be followed up by email. If this is your case, you should have received a ticket id for your request. Could you please send those to me or a colleague via PM?

The latest request (ticket ID 201101081004735) was sent to a deprecated contact address (support at bitdefender dot com). These emails are answered automatically and customers are redirected to use the online form at http://www.bitdefender.com/site/Main/contactForm/
