Problems With Support


Thank you for directing me to where to report the problems I have been having. I complained that I was not getting help after emailing, but see that is not how to get support.

For some reason the discussion was locked and I could not say 'thank you' there.

Is there an account choice that would allow me to have emails when issues are replied to?

    Hello lynne,

    I've unlocked the topic you mentioned.

    On this forum you have the option to keep track of certain topics and receive emails when new posts are added.

    At the beginning of each topic you will notice the Options button (upper right) from where you can select Track this topic.
