We do not have a set of settings to recommend, at least nothing official. All settings are adjustable and should reflect the user's needs. To learn more about each module and the settings within each section of the BitDefender product you are using, I would recommend you to take a look at the offline manual pages. You can find them in your PC at:
C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2011\Support\offlinemanual\html
