Bitdefender Total Security 2012 Update Error/fail Please Help!

Hi there my name is Alex, Recently I just bought one of your products (Bit-defender Total Security 2012) and When I tried to update it it said I had to configure a Bitdefender Account within 30 days of installing and I DID!! i made an account like a second after I finished installing BD(Bit-defender) and I edited my account and everything I filled all my information out and configured all the options available to me and everything.. But I went back to try to update it again it still didn't update...I don't know what to I contacted you guys through phone but that didn't do me any good...So please help me!
