Beginning To Wonder If Bitdefender Really Is A Security Company To Take Seriously

Im really beginning to wonder if Bitdefender really is a security company to take seriously?


I mean..It takes months for Bitdefender to fix issues regarding their products.


Bitdefender is as far as Ive known as a security company with great respons to new threats..probably why F-secure


choose Bitdefender over Kaspersky as a technology partner and why ive switch from F-secure to Bitdefender.


But Ive have never seen a security company take so long fix issues.


What if its was a some kind of threat that actually comprimised Bitdefender to have these issues


How long would it take to fix it in that case ?

    This company is the WORST i've encounter with. I'm a newbie, first-time used the products myself and i mean it's the worst off all compared to any other vendor.


    Look, all in here is complaining and nothings been done since september. I would not recommend to any of my friends, family and siblings.


    To be honest, if i've known, i would'nt spend 69.95 for this product. I rather use the windows firewall and defenders, save the time,


    headaches and worries.

    In some cases, the issue can not be solved so fast, but our developers are working continuously to provide a temporary or permanent fix ASAP.
