Update Error

Hy all, i am new on this forum and i hope i posted my topic right..

Have purchased BD 2012 plus.

Most of the time it updates well..

every now and then i get "An error occurred during the update (5)" message.

This update should be around 5289 mb size. (it shows over 5mb..)

Why always the same size and the same update (5)?
