I am currently up for renewal in about 45 days. I have Internet Security 2010 (Vista).


I recently began experienceing a problem with a grey-out and "service not available. I reboot, and it happens again - 2-3 times per day. I contacted your help dept., but received no reply.


I like BitDefender and don't want to switch to another AV, but


Anyway, In your Malware section, you have a free 2012 update offer (http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?act=announce&f=196&id=42) Is this bonafide or is it just a free short-term trial?

    We offer free upgrades to all our customers that have a valid license.


    Basically you can install Bitdefender 2012 and use your old license to register it.
