Hide License And Firewall Allow One Time
I would like to make two suggestions. I have not read through every suggestion so it may or may not be a duplicate.
1. Hide license key in GUI. This should not be visible. Hide it and lock it using the password protection already in the GUI or its own password. I like to think that people who use my other computers can be trusted but I do not want my license blacklisted if they decide they want free internet security.
2. Firewall application rule - allow one time. I like to be able to know when certain apps try to access the internet and do not want to give full time access.
Also, fix automatic laptop mode in the current version. It won't stay on after reboot.

Hello
Thank you for your post.
Now, let's review these:
1. In order to hide the license in the product, please follow these steps.
Reboot your PC in Safe Mode with Networking.
[How to restart in SAFE MODE With Networking]
- Restart the computer;
- Press the "F8" key several times before Microsoft Windows begins to load; you need to press "F8" until you will be displayed a text menu;
- Select "SAFE MODE With Networking"
Download this archive:

Unzip it and double click on hide license.reg. Select yes when prompted.
Reboot in Normal Mode and your license key will not be shown in the product.
2. I have posted a feature request for this.
Laptop mode will be fixed in the next update.

1) How do I unhide the license info then?

Hi
To undo, you can simply delete the key created with that .reg file in Safe Mode.
If you requested to hide the license, there is no reason to undo it.
You can simply view the license in My Bitdefender.
