I've forgot my bitdefender internet security password and need the reset tool.

BTW why you don't provide the link in your responses, there's been such request on this forum for years with the same answer referring to check PM.

Thank you for contacting us in regards to this matter.

We prefer to provide via PM those instructions because they children could also use them to remove the Parental Control settings. However, I see you already received the tool 12 hours ago, via ticket ID: 201304071010297.
