Require Help: Yet Another Infected Pc

Hi BitDefender team,

Like many others I have seen, I am another one with a virus which has the following similar side-effects:

- Random pop-up errors

- Computer shuts down once in awhile on its own

- C drive icon is a big red X

- There are thousands of files in my C drive which cannot be deleted

Before posting I read through as many forums as possible to ensure I've tried any opportunities to remove this virus.

However this has failed me. I have noticed the BD team asks for a HiJack log for individuals so I have also done the same below.

Thanks in advance, if you could help me it would be much appreciated.

Please rename C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\HijackThis.exe to anything.exe you feel comfortable with, as new baddies are now able to detect and hide from hijackthis.exe. Change it to something like clear.exe

Double click clear.exe and make a new log and post it to your reply
