Something Fishy's Going On!

Hi, I just resently unonstall a game from bigfish call go gourmet, and I gess there was a Packer.Krunchy.A in the unistall program. And even if I uninstall it, I still found it in a temp file, but bitdefender couldn't get rid of it ( unable to delite it or quarantine it). What can I do, It says it can't because it's part of an archive. Please I need your help quick!

Dear Christopher,

Reboot your pc into safe mode by pressing several times on the F8 button before the windows loading screen. Now navigate to the directory that BitDefender found that tmp file. Now select it and press on delete button of your keyboard.
