Inability To Load 2013
I have windows 7 and I have service pack 1. Bitdefender doesn't recognize the service pack. This is likely because I had worm a few days ago. I believe I have gotten rid of it. But I read that it may have left some residual damage. Still I don't want to pass up any possibilities so I am asking for help here.
I am running bitdefender 12 and am trying to load 2013. The program downloaded alright but when I run it, it pops a window that says I don't have the latest service pack. Then it sends me to a MS download for xp service pacs.
I tried to reinstall the service pack but it wont let me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Venable, looks like your OS doesn't have the specific requirements from what I see here. Can you also post a screenshot regarding with that pop up message?
