Since I am getting no answer on this forum about my problems, I tried to open a case on the support page and filled all the fields, and I always get the message "Your request could not be submitted at this moment. Please try again in a few minutes"
Well, I tried for hours to no avail! Is this the kind of support you give? Silent on the forum and a non-working form on the website???
