Spam Folders

Is there a way, or will there be a way, to move the spam options in Outlook onto the main ribbon instead of having it in its own "add in" section on the ribbon now?

Also does the spam portion not add its own Spam folder when you add it to Outlook? It would be nice if the messages that are being marked as spam get moved into its own folder as to not clog up the main section of the new email.

The older versions of Bitdefender had its own spot in the ribbon and it added its own spam folder and moved the spam into it, why not this newer version??

  • Hello gordow,

Thank you for your feedback. I will make a feature request on your behalf to be added into the next Bitdefender line (2015).

However, for now the only way to integrate the Antispam toolbar is through the Add-in.

Also, in Microsoft Outlook, spam messages are moved to a Spam folder, located inside the Deleted Items folder. The Spam folder is created during the installation of Bitdefender.

Feel free to reply if you have other questions. We hope you have a healthy and good new year! :)
