Disable Chrome Trafficlight

I am running Total Security 2014 and am annoyed with how intrusive trafficlight is. Can I disable it in chrome?

Comments

  • Probably a bit late but as no one has answered it -

    Chrome menu top right

    Tools

    Extensions - disable it.

It is not needed for protection if you also have your antivirus running but it does provide useful information. As to being obtrusive, I don't find it so, you want to try the Avast Online Security add-on, very similar but much more obtrusive with ticks and green boxes everywhere. :)

Grats? It was never installed with my product yet its working just the same.

  • Oh wait .... do you mean Search Advisor? It shows ticks next to searches like Google? If so it is disabled in the Bitdefender GUI>Privacy>Settings (gear icon)>Search Advisor. As far as I know TrafficLight is not installed with Total Security, it is a separate desk top product.
