I can't remember my old password and I can't see a reset function.

May I ask you how I can reset it?

Which password?

If it is for MyBitdefender there is a "Forgotten Password" link.

If it is for the GUI for changes then you may have to go through a full reinstall of the product if you can't remember it as there is no way of finding it.
