    Hello Demade,


    I see you are still using the 2013 version, 2014 is the latest and the one you should be using.


    I suggest you uninstall your BD TS 2013 using the removal tool found here. Then download the latest version from here (Portuguese is listed) and when prompted add your current licence details.
