Bis 2015 Seems To Block Silently Ssl Ftp

either with winscp or filezila I get connected to my distant drive using sftp, but I can't access the distant directories as they aren't displayed, my local directories only are dispalayed... I tried disabling the ssl scan, no result. I uninstalled BIS 2015, installed Norton security 2015 beta: no problem.
any idea ?
