Chat Blocking Game Online

tell please, this antivirus doesn't allow me to play the appendix to the address: besmafia.ru. game is loaded, but nothing can be made. it as if hangs... how to resolve a problem?
shutdown of an antivirus doesn't help even. the web tried to disconnect protection completely. I added the site to a clean sheet. in a log no records are present.
the window of a chat hangs, and there all essence of game in it. it is updated or later long time, or simply hangs the empty.

Make sure to replicate the issue when running this diagnostic tool to ensure it gathers the necessary logs.
