Support In The Proper Language

Hello,


Your product can be greatly improved when the support engineers read their support requests.


I register this support request:

Why? I do not speak French, only dutch and English!!!


I only want to know why, after installing Bitdefender Internet Security 2015, I am not able to have windows update install its updates automatically. I sometimes see a red-flag in the system tray and when I click on that I get to choose the windows updates to install automatically or manually. I always choose automatically, but then after a while I get the same question again.

  • you could try their email address support@bitdefender.com for international english support. I get automatically redirected to the UK site. I think the support web pages are set to detect IP address and redirect users to local sites according to that.

    Hi. I think the icon with a red flag is Windows Action Center. Is the below icon the one that you're referring to? 1.gif

    i absolutely agree with this poster.... I have spent 3 weeks sending and re-sending  the very same message to stop replying using "stock answers" and have someone whom, "Understands and comprehends the "English idioms".


    3x I'm instructed & directed to use"MY BD  Internet Security "2017 program" , and I respond advising the "mystery entity" that I ONLY HAVE "BD iNTERNET SECURITY 2015" INSTALLED...is that satisfactory ?........ And then, it repeats itself, it is now up to the 3rd repetitions   !!!!!.... I am pleading for assistance from a G-D self responding program.... what happened to REAL PEOPLE SUPPORT ?..... I have been relegated to send emails to the only real person from past  tech issues, that spoke ENGLISH !!!!!
