Product: Virus Scanner Plus for Mac
Updates have failed four days in a row. Error-100. The update report says if it persists to contact the Bitdefender support team.
On the Bitdefender Support Center page, home user support, I tried to open an email ticket. I put the necessary information in all of the dialog boxes. At the end there is a "verification code," a captcha box. I can see the code clearly. When I enter the code and click Submit, a popup box appears that says "incorrect verification code." I refreshed the code many times. I tried adding spaces if I thought there was a gap. I can't get past it.
Any suggestions ?
