Hello,
I'm currently using Bitdefender Internet Security 2015 (build 18.17.0.1227) with Windows 8.1 64-bit. Every time that Bitdefender's sandbox feature is used with Google Chrome, several problems arise:
- The computer becomes incapable of shutting down properly
- I cannot log out of the current user while the computer remains powered
- The task manager becomes unresponsive while the computer remains powered
- If the computer is turned off by holding the power button long enough, it requires much, much longer than normal to start-up again
The problems are always resolved after the computer has restarted, but this has been happening over the course of many different builds of Bitdefender and Google Chrome. Is this a known problem, perhaps with a known solution? Or should I contact support? Thanks for any help.
