Out of curiosity: what is Cloud Antispam that this is on more expensive versions of BD? Can you tell me if in your opinion if it is very useful it?

    It is a way of staying completely up to date with spam protection for your e-mail client and helps to improve the BD spam detection by submitting samples of spam or/and legitimate e-mails to the cloud. You have to be using Microsoft Outlook / Outlook Express / Windows Mail / Thunderbird, if you use web mail then there is no point in having it.

    If I understand fine, I'm using Eudora client and Cloud Antispam will not work. Is it right?

    PS: If I use Outlook and I enable Cloud Antispam, could Cloud Antispam block wrongly some real and no spam emails?

    Correct, Eudora is not supported.


    The antispam filters have to be set up, I use web mail so haven't used it but all the details are in the user manual, section 19.
