Bitdefender Mobile Security - Without Google Play Ac

I recently got Bitdefender Mobile Security[.apk] from trusted site[not from Google play], installed and linked Bitdefender ac and activated keys on my friends no-root Android handsets.

Most people don't trust Google and many of my friends too. So, they don't have Google Play ac/gmail ac for privacy reasons, Bitdefender Antivirus showed a dialog box displayed "app won't run without Google play services... - update".

1. How to fix this issue?
2. If there is no way to fix, please fix it in next version of the app that can be used effectively without Google play account.
3. Also, add an alternate download link for the app[.apk file] from bitdefender site. This will help those who don't have Google Play ac.

I have this same problem. Being located in China, and using an S6 purchased in China, there is simply no Google Play anyway.

What is Bitdefender doing relying on Google spies to make their product work? Talk about cutting your own throat. What a huge market share lost due to reliance on Google. Crazy!

The Google services message did go away, but locate device does not work, either from the phone nor the website.

Shame.

From your description it looks like you are using a modded app which we do not offer support for. We do not offer the .apk for download due to security reasons.

The official Bitdefender Mobile Security is available only on Play Store as stated on our website:

Moreover, some product features (Anti-Theft) rely on Google services to work.

No problem to install Bitdefender Mobile Security from Play Store (maybe apart from info that I install also purchases in this app) but it does not work after installing without Google Play Store - info from technical service in Poland.

Is it really not working without Google Play Store and without purchases in this app ?
