Bitdefender Quickscan Tools Cant Remove

Hi all,
By following this guide:

I remove qsax-leading files from "C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files".
After i restart the IE9.0, I launch Tools -> Manage Add-ons -> Show all add-ons.
The bitdefender ActiveX is still here, it allowed to on/off the plugin.
May i know how to clean remove of Quickscan ActiveX.
