Welcome on the forum,
You need to contact BD administrators to know if it is possible to open your vault or not and get an answer in PM. (see below left on the site)
(You agree with the fact nobody else could recover your private lost password... 
.or the product is strictly valueless)
Next time, put all your passwords on two index notebook hidden in two different places.
