then it said it cannot install necessary drivers.


okay, it's just a beta. no complaints.


but then, even after several reboots, the reinstallation of 2015 failed as well.


I had to restore from a system image.

    The first thing to do is to run the Bitdefender uninstall tool in safe mode to get rid of any bits that may be left, after a reboot try downloading the TS program again.
