Phishing Adobedtm

BD identifies adobedtm.com/blah-blah-blah/scripts-satellite/blah-blah-blah as a phishing webpage and offers the option to add it to my whitelist. Three part question:

1. How does BD make the determination that a page is a phishing attempt?
2. Can BD tell me the URL of the page that is invoking adobetbm blah-blah-blah?
3. How should I decide whether to add the page to my whitelist?
