Renewing Internet Security 2008 - 2 User License

Hi All,


I purchased the Internet Security 10 (2 User 2 Year) option almost 2 years ago. I subsequently upgraded to Internet Security 2008 and have it installed on 2 PCs.


In terms of my "2 User" license for which I only have a single key, how do I renew this license? Must I renew each installation on each PC (and get a key for each PC) or just renew one of the installations.


I did find this local BitDefender online renewal process, but is only has an option for 1 user.

    I am not familiar with the official affliate website. But even when you entered that license key that was 2 users (2 pc's or 2 laptops) and you wanted to renew you only could select 1 user?


    Normally when you previously purchased a 2 users 2 years license than it's enough to renew that. You don't need to buy another key.


    On the official website you can buy multiple license. If you created a my account you can try to renew your key from there.


    This is only a user forum. So it's better that you contact also customer care. Type your question select customer care.
