when you call the help line they want to charge you over a hundred dollars to link into your system and press one button so I am going to tell you how to get bitdefender working when you can not log into bit defender central from your bit-defender application (after application has been installed but wont open central type in your search bar in your start menu internet properties then follow steps

1) internet properties

2)go to advanced tab

3)go down the check-box to security

4) look for Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid

5) check it apply and enjoy bitdefender
